Read through their discussions; whenever you find something that you haven&#039;t heard of before, look it up, and find out what it is and how it works. I&#039;m using this method (and others) to learn the ropes of becoming a sysadmin, and I think it&#039;s working pretty well.</description>

		<description>I agree with the first point even though it seems to work differently on me. I&#039;m not particularly inclined to learn CSS, but I&#039;m learning it anyway through having to customize some blog templates that weren&#039;t 100% to my liking.</description>
